Quick Home Design Tips: Part One

Painting the walls is probably the most inexpensive way to update your home
As a homeowner, it’s good to know that decorating takes more creativity than cash. No matter what decorating challenge you face, you don’t need a large budget to get the results you desire. New decorator accents or accessories may be all you need. Start with a little planning and keep in mind the following advice when it's time to decorate:

Paint
Painting the walls is probably the most inexpensive way to update your home. And it will give you the quickest results! If you’re painting multiple rooms in your home, make sure you use colors that blend together. Keep in mind that if you have never painted before, you may want to get some helpful hints from the paint store.
